Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Underarms.

Most clients enjoy smooth underarms for three to six weeks. Results depend on individual hair growth rate and hormonal factors; with regular waxing, regrowth becomes finer and slower, often extending time between appointments.

You may feel a brief sting during hair removal, but trained therapists use techniques and soothing products to minimize discomfort. Numbing creams aren’t usually required; breathing, relaxed muscles, and timing appointments outside your period can reduce sensitivity.

Arrive with about a quarter-inch of natural hair growth—roughly ten to fourteen days of growth. Avoid heavy deodorants, exfoliate gently 24-48 hours before, and avoid sunburn, retinoids, or recent bleaching to ensure safe, effective waxing.

We assess skin sensitivity during consultation. If skin is irritated, sunburned, or freshly shaved within 48 hours we may reschedule. For sensitive skin we use gentle waxes, expert technique, and aftercare to reduce redness and discomfort.

Prevent ingrowns by exfoliating gently two to three times weekly, moisturizing, and avoiding tight clothing immediately after waxing. Use recommended serums or treatments; consult us if persistent ingrown hairs occur for professional care and targeted solutions.

Most clients schedule Underarms waxing every three to six weeks based on regrowth. We tailor intervals to your hair cycle, lifestyle, and comfort, recommending follow-ups that extend time between sessions as hair becomes finer.
