Most clients need 6–8 sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart, depending on hair thickness and growth cycles. Skin type and hormonal factors may require extra maintenance treatments for optimal, long-lasting reduction.

Most clients describe mild snapping or warmth rather than severe pain. We use cooling systems and can apply topical numbing on sensitive areas to improve comfort. Your practitioner adjusts settings for safety and tolerance, ensuring minimal discomfort throughout sessions.

Shave the treatment areas 24 hours before your appointment and avoid waxing or plucking for at least four to six weeks. Stay out of direct sun and discontinue topical retinoids as advised. Wear loose clothing and arrive with clean, product-free skin.

Common temporary side effects include mild redness, swelling, and follicular swelling that resolve within a few days. Rarely, blistering or pigment lightening/darkening can occur. We provide post-care guidance and contact support for any unexpected reactions to ensure safe recovery.

Hair reduction is progressive; most clients see significant reduction after two to three sessions, with optimal permanence after completing the full series. Depending on hormones, occasional maintenance sessions once or twice a year may be recommended to maintain long-term smoothness.

Good candidates have darker hair and lighter skin, though advanced lasers treat many skin tones. Candidates must be medically cleared, not pregnant, and avoid recent tanning. We perform a consultation to assess hair type, skin tone and tailor settings for safe, effective treatment.
